W Hotels Worldwide Announces W Nashville Opening in 2020, Bringing Bold Design and Music-Driven Experience to The Gulch
W Hotels Worldwide has announced the highly anticipated 2020 opening of W Nashville, a new-build hotel owned by Twelfth Avenue Realty Holdings that will bring the brand's signature fusion of cutting-edge design and music culture to Music City USA. Developed in partnership with architecture and design firm Rockwell Group, the 346-room hotel will be situated in The Gulch, Nashville's revitalized LEED-certified neighborhood, and will feature design elements inspired by the city's iconic amphitheaters and legendary recording studios. The property will offer two dining concepts from renowned Chef Andrew Carmellini of NoHo Hospitality Group—including The Dutch Nashville and an Italian chophouse—alongside a rooftop bar with panoramic skyline views, a 9,700-square-foot WET Deck pool, and an on-site live music venue showcasing emerging and established artists. With 50 suites, 13,500 square feet of meeting space, and the brand's renowned Whatever/Whenever service, W Nashville aims to set a new standard for hospitality in one of America's fastest-growing cities.
