David Tessier of Hospitality Gaming Advisors, along with partner Anna Gomez, led the concept, programming and design direction for the newly opened W Nashville. The 14-story mirrored tower in the Gulch neighborhood represents Marriott International's W Hotels Worldwide brand at its most ambitious, weaving itself authentically into the fabric of Music City. With six street-level entrances, over 26,000 square feet of outdoor space, and interiors by the Rockwell Group featuring rugged local materials like iron, steel, wood and leather, the property delivers an immersive experience that goes beyond superficial neighborhood nods. The hotel is designed to be a true social hub where global travelers and locals converge, setting a new standard for how hospitality brands can meaningfully integrate into their communities.
